1. What are Interact China shipping rates?
We offer free worldwide registered air delivery for all products, except that you want courier delivery service.
2. Can I ship to an address outside of United States?
Yes! We deliver to worldwide destinations. In fact many of our customers are from Europe, Canada, Australia / New Zealand and other Asian countries.
3. Can I purchase the item from US and send it to Australia as gift? Do I have to pay any extra fee for it?
Yes we can send item to worldwide destination for you, and No you do not need to pay any extra fee. In fact we can even gift wrap it and write a short message for you free of charge as long as you are our facebook fans! Let us know if you want this free gift wrapping service.
4. How long does the delivery take in arriving US / Europe?
We send all items via registered air delivery directly from the Shenzhen / Hong Kong. It usually takes 10 - 15 days to arrive US / Europe. Custom ordered item will take longer as requiring extra time to made. Courier delivery (5 - 8 days) can be arranged with extra fee upon request.
5. Is postage insurance included?
Postage insurance is optional and is surcharged at approximately 3% of the item price. Simply select the postage insurance option during the check out and your item will be protected from lost or damaged.
6. Can I request it be send via courier? How much does it cost and how long does it take?
Yes you can opt for courier delivery with extra fee. Different products will have different rates, please check it out within the listing page or contact to us to confirm the fee. For most countries, it usually take 5 – 8 days to arrive (except custom ordered items).
7. Do I need to sign-in for the receipt when receiving my item?
Yes, you need to sign-in for the receipt as items are sent via registered air parcel.

Definitely!! Your security is our priority at interactchina.com and hence we use Paypal www.paypal.com as the only payment gateway in accepting your payment. You don't share any of your credit card number / information to us, and that Paypal use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card information to ensure secure transaction.
11. Is there any tax to be added on top?
All of our items are shipped directly from Shenzhen / Hong Kong and hence we will not add sales tax / VAT on top of the price tag. However, you may have to pay custom tax should it arise, subject to your country's tax rule.

Yes! For every order you will receive an order confirmation email along with a confirmation number. For your security, we will only send an order confirmation to the email address you provided during check out, please ensure your email address is correct.
13. Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
Our goal is to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible (within 24 hours). Therefore, we may not be able to allow changes to your order once you have made your purchase.

We offer 90 days money back guarantee. Yes, it is 90 days! We examine each item carefully and offer full refund or free replacement if item is of inferior quality, defective or not as described. If not completely satisfied, simply return the item within 90 days from the date of purchase (item to be returned in original condition). Sorry, the refund does not include any returned postage fees.
16. Is my purchase protected by Paypal Buyer Protection Program?
Yes you are well protected. We are verified Paypal merchant and your purchase is protected by Paypal Buyer Protection Program with no cap on coverage.
17. How can I check my order status / track the shipping?
Simply contact us via e-mail, toll free phone or online chat and quote your confirmation number / invoice number, we will immediately check the status of your parcel for you.
18. What are the steps in returning the item?
First of all, please check the date to see if it is within 90 days from the date of purchase, and that the item is in its original condition. Then contact us via e-mail, toll free phone or online chat, and ask for a return request form, where you will find an address for returning the item. Once we receive your item we will notify you and make the refund immediately.
19. How do you credit the money back to me after I make a return?
We will credit your money back to your Paypal account once the item has been received, which need to be the same Paypal account as you made the payment.

20. Do you offer any discount for multiple purchases?

Yes you are still entitled to enjoy multiple purchase discounts. In your case you will get 15% off the total amount for buying 5 items in one order.
22. Can I make two purchases separately and still enjoy the multiple purchase discount?
Sorry that our discount system is designed for a single purchase with multiple items. It does not work for two separate purchases.
23. How does your social referral program work?
